（一）GDP数据
2005年，贵州GDP总值1942亿元人民币。其中，第一产业359.2亿元人民币；第二产业822.8亿元人民币；第三产业760.0亿元人民币;第一、二、三产业比重分别为18.5％、42.4％、39.1％。按常住人口计算，人均GDP4957元人民币。

II.Economy
(i)GDP Data
The overall GDP value in 2005 was RMB ￥194.2 billion: RMB ￥35.92 billion from the primary industry, RMB ￥82.28 billion from the secondary industry, RMB ￥76.0 billion from the tertiary industry. The proportions of its primary, secondary and tertiary industries are respectively 18.5%, 42.4% and 39.1%. GDP per capita is RMB 4957 yuan.

（二）资源和工业、农业数据
资源：独一无二的地理条件赋予了贵州丰富的自然资源。尤以能源、矿产、生物、旅游资源得天独厚，最具特色。水、电、煤多种能源兼备，水能与煤炭优势并存，水火互济。水能资源蕴藏量为1874.5万千瓦，居全国第六位。贵州矿产资源丰富。全省已发现矿产123种，其中，有76种已探明储量，有40种保有储量排在全国前10位，有22种列1至3位。煤、磷、汞、铝土矿、锑、锰、金、重晶石、硫铁矿、水泥与砖瓦原料以及各种用途的白云岩、砂岩、石灰岩等，在国内占有重要地位。铝土矿质佳量大，保有储量4.24亿吨，列全国第二；贵州是磷矿储量全国最多的省份，占全国总量的40％以上；重晶石甲冠中华，储量为全国的三分之一；金矿储量居全国第十二位，是国内新崛起的黄金生产基地；贵州素以“煤海”著称，煤炭资源储量达497.28亿吨，居全国第五位，超过南方12省（区、市）煤炭资源储量的总和。目前，贵州已建成了全国最大的电解铝厂、最大的磷矿肥基地、最大的磨料和人造金刚石生产和出口基地。
贵州还拥有丰富的生物资源。全省共有3800多种野生植物和1000多种野生动物资源。贵州还是全国四大中药材产区之一，珠子参、三尖杉、扇蕨、冬虫夏草、鸡纵、艾纳香（天然冰片）等6种品质优良的珍稀名贵植物闻名天下。
(ii) Data of Natural Resources, Industry and Agriculture
Natural Resources
The unique geological conditions endow Guizhou with rich natural resources, energy and minerals. The provincial hydropower reserves are 18754 MW, ranking 6th in China. Guizhou is rich in mineral resources. Among the over 123 kinds of discovered minerals, the reserves of 76 kinds proved, 22 have been rated in the first three and forty have been listed among the top 10 in China. Coal, bauxite, phosphorus, manganese, antimony, mercury, gold, barite, cement and raw material of bricks and tile and kinds of sandstone, dolomite and limestone of each function have their irreplaceable position in the country. The high-quality bauxite is abundant, the possess reserves is 424 million tons and listed top two in China. The reserves of the phosphorus account for 40% of the total amount of the courtry. The reserves of the barite are one-third of the total amount of the whole country. The reserves of gold have been rate in the 12th in China, provide an emerging base for gold production. Guizhou is also known as Sea of Coal for its estimated coal reserves of over 240 billion tons with ascertained one of 49.73 billion tons,ranking 5th in the country and equaling to the total deposits of the twelve provinces in south China. At present, the biggest electrolysis aluminum plant, phosphate fertilizer productive base and the productive and export base of abrasive and artifical diamond of the country are situated in Guizhou.
Thanks to the special conditions of climate and landforms, Guizhou is also known for its rich biological resources in China. There are more than 3800 wild plants and more than 1000 wild animal species. Guizhou is one of the four largest producers of Chinese medicinal materials. Eucommia ulmoides, Gastrodia elata, Evodia rutaecarpa, Dendrobium nobile and Coptics become well-known throughout China.

工业：贵州工业已逐步形成门类齐全的体系，主要工业产品已形成较大规模。2005年，贵州省全部工业增加值822.8亿元，其中电力、烟草、煤炭、饮料、化工五大优势产业完成增加值564.4亿元（主要工业品产量见表）。
随着经济建设的发展，尤其是六、七十年代“三线建设”时期国家对贵州的投入，大批工厂和科技人员内迁，为贵州输送了一批优秀的科技和管理力量。全省每万名职工中拥有的自然科技人员高于全国平均水平。以航天、航空、电子三大基地为主的国防科技工业，不仅拥有先进的技术装备、科研试验设备和检测手段，并且拥有雄厚的科技实力，职工素质好，管理水平高，有健全的技术责任和质量保证体系，具备较强的引进消化和开发能力。完善的基础设施和高素质低成本的人力资源，可为投资者投资开发高科技产业提供优惠的生产场地和理想的合作伙伴。
Industry
Guizhou has evolved a complete industry system. A considerable scale has been formed in the production of main industry products. In 2005, total added value of industry in Guizhou amounts to RMB ￥82.28 billion. The five industries with predominance such as electric power, cigarette, coal, beverage, chemical production completed the added value of RMB ￥56.44 billion（see the following table for outputs of major industrial products）.
The state has invested and constructed three bases of aviation, aerospace and electronics with a large number of specialists’ trained since 1960. The proportion of engineers and technicians in the bases is higher than the national average. Now Guizhou has become the largest research and production base of chip electronic elements and components, and an important production base of auto parts. The national defense scientific and technical industry relying on the three bases of aviation, aerospace and electronics possesses not only advanced technical equipment, scientific experiment facilities and measuring and testing means, but also a competent staff, a high managerial level, perfect technical responsibility and quality guarantee system. It has the capacity of absorbing import technique and developing new products. Chinese and foreign investors are welcome to have joint ventures or cooperation with the provincial enterprises to establish new IT bases in China’s west region.

固定资产投资：2005年贵州全社会固定资产投资1014.6亿元，房地产开发投资154.12亿元。按产业划分，贵州省三次产业投资分别为24.64、416.27、574.37亿元。

Fix Assets Investment

In 2005, RMB ￥101.46 billion has been invested in fix assets in the whole province, among which investment in real estate development is RMB ￥15.41 billion. According to industry types, the three types of industries have invested respectively RMB ￥2.46 billion, RMB ￥41.63 billion and RMB ￥57.44 billion.

农业：2005年贵州粮食种植面积307.4万公顷，总产量1152.1万吨。其中，夏粮产量214.7万吨，秋粮产量937.36万吨，油料产量84.89万吨，油菜籽产量76.51万吨，烟叶产量34.45万吨(主要农产品产量见表)。

贵州省2005年造林面积13.58万公顷，年末果园面积11.89万公顷，茶园面积5.97万公顷。

畜牧、水产业稳步增长。肉类总产量187.01万吨，水产品产量9.46万吨。
